At KODC Advisory Limited we provide all of the services you would expect from an accountancy firm, including traditional accountancy and audit, with additional services of business advisory, outsourced accounting, taxation, company secretarial and payroll.

We are ideally located to help growing businesses, established businesses in Ireland as well as international businesses that need accountancy support for their operations in Ireland.
How did we get here?
Founded in 1988 by Martin O’Dowd and Simon Knowles, KODC established itself as a niche accountancy firm and quickly built a reputation of excellence in offering consultancy to business. Brian Carrig joined the firm in 2002 having worked in practice for 10 years previously.
Today, KODC Advisory Limited is a successful, respected and growing accountancy and business advisory firm offering a wide range of innovative services to owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
In June 2021 Brian Carrig left to pursue his own practice interests and Amanda Connaughton joined as a principal.
The directors of KODC Advisory Limited are: Simon Knowles, Martin O’Dowd and Amanda Connaughton.
